When will my order be shipped?
We know you'll be waiting at the mailbox for your goodies to arrive, but please allow us up to1-5 business days to process your order. And please note that orders are not processed on weekend and holidays.



Will I receive a tracking number so I can trace my order and find out the approximate time of delivery?
After your order is sent, we will immediately send an email confirmation containing the tracking number. You can check your order directly based on the tracking number above.



When will my order be shipped?
Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, there is a certain delay in the logistics speed. Generally, the shipping time of the order is within 15-30 working days depends on destination countries.



What should I do if I need my order delivered by a certain date?
Email us at [email protected] before placing your order so we can advise you on the best delivery option. Please be advised that regardless of which shipping method you select, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, and we will not issue refunds on orders not delivered by a certain time.

Duties & Taxes
International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items.
